Return Policy

 

All sales are considered final. We stand behind the quality of our unique products, but we only accept returns under the specific conditions outlined below:

 

Defective Product Exceptions

 

We will gladly process an exchange if the product meets the following three criteria:

  1. The product has a verifiable defect but is otherwise in visually brand-new condition.

  2. The defect is reported within 90 days of the original purchase date.

  3. The product is returned with all original packaging included.

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

  1. Submit Your Request: Email our support team with a detailed description of the defect and clear pictures of the item and its original packaging. This is required for initial approval.

  2. Ship the Item: Upon receiving our approval, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item back to us.

  3. Claim Assessment: Once we receive the product, we will carefully inspect it to validate the claim and confirm the defect.

  4. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will immediately issue a replacement item. To help cover the cost of your return shipping, we will also offer you the option of receiving either a bonus item or a gift card for future purchases.
