By dedicating our time to preparing all orders on a single day, we can personally inspect the quality of every product and packaging, ensuring every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. This commitment is why we proudly offer free shipping on all orders.

 

Our Shipping Schedule

 

1. Shipping Day: All orders are packaged and mailed out on Fridays.

2. Order Cutoff: To ensure your order is prepared for Friday's shipment, it must be placed by Monday at 11:59 PM EST. Orders placed after this cutoff will be mailed out the subsequent Friday.

 

Addressing Stock and Backorders

 

We strive to keep our inventory accurate, but issues occasionally arise:

• Backorders: If your item is on backorder, we will update you promptly via email with the expected timeframe. Worst-case scenario, this may add one extra week to the delivery time.

• Out of Stock (Overlap): If you were able to place an order but the item is unexpectedly out of stock (due to a rare overlap in purchasing), we will contact you immediately via email to determine an acceptable solution. We will offer you similar product alternatives, and ultimately, a store credit to allow you to choose anything else from our store.
